The board of directors on its meeting held on Wednesday 11/12/2013 has approved the disbursement of cash dividends for the shareholders for the second half of 2013 as follows:
1- The total dividends amount to be distributed is SR 52,500,000
2- Dividends per share is SR 1.75
3- Distribution value is 17.5% of the nominal value of the share
4- Priority is for shareholders registered with Tadawul at the end of the trading day of 31/12/2013
5- The dividends distribution date will be announced later.
Noting that the company has distributed cash dividends for the first half of the year 2013 amounted to SR 1.25 per share and adding the second half dividends that will be distributed the total dividends distributed for the year will be SR 3 per share equal to 30% of the company's capital.
