Fawaz Abdulaziz Al-Hokair Company signed yesterday a deal to buy 42 women fashion boutiques in Riyadh, Makkah and Taif from Dana Group for SAR 383 million.
The deal will be financed by a long-term Sharia-compliant credit facility, a filing to Tadawul said.
The company said the deal aims at growing revenues and expected a positive financial impact as of the second quarter.
