Fawaz Al Hokair Group announced today on tadawul the signing of a trademark rights agreement with Blanco Spain.
The agreement included the trademarks of Blanco, Sweet Blanco, Blanco Accessories and Blanco Stock.
Blanco Spain company is a distinctive brand in the field of women's apparel, runs 117 show rooms and has franchises in 22 countries.
Al Hokair Group has also submitted an acquisition offer to Blanco Spain company, any further updates regarding this matter will be announced in a timely manner.
