Abdullah AlOthaim Markets Company announces That its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Saleh Al Othaim has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors from his position as a CEO and board member due to personal matters. The Board of Directors accepted this resignation today Monday, 2/07/2012 to be effective from 02/07/2012.
The chairman and members of the Board convey their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Saleh Al Othaim for the efforts made to the company during his tenure.
And since the Board of Directors at the end of its current session, the board member position will be vacant until the election of the new board of directors. Also we will announce later the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
