The GA also approved all listed items on its agenda, as follows:
- Approval of the Board of Directors report for the fiscal year ended December, 31, 2013.
- Approval of the company’s financial statements and auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended December, 31, 2013.
- Approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to disburse SAR 200,000 for each board member as a bonus for the fiscal year ended December, 31, 2013.
