The board of Bishah Agricultural Development Company appointed Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Turki Al-Saud as board chairman till June 15, 2017, a filing to Tadawul said.
The board also selected Ahmed bin Mohsen Basra as managing director and chief executive of the company for the same tenure.
Prince Mishaal is the chairman of Anaam Holding.
