Reference to the companys announcement on May 22nd, 2011 regarding the placement of a SAR 150 Million Murabaha deposit at 2.75% per annum on April 4th, 2011 with United Gulf Bank (a related party) maturing on March 29th, 2012 and reference to the company's announcement on March 20th 2012 regarding Board approval to renew the Murabaha deposit SAR 150 million with the same bank at 3% per year, SADAFCO would like to confirm the receipt of SAR 4,124,969 representing the 2.75% return on the aforementioned Murabaha deposit.
