Al Baha Investment and Development Company announced the resignation of the General Manager Mr. Saeed Al Ghamdi due to his travelling abroad , the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
The board approved his resignation yesterday and it will be effective on April, 1, 2014 the company added.
Ibrahim bin Kulaib, Board member of Al Baha, was appointed as Acting General Manger as of April, 1, 2014.
