Saudi Arabia-based Al Rajhi Bank elected Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi as the chairman of its board of directors for the coming three-year term, the bank said in a statement on Sunday.
The bank also elected its governing council and named members for its executive committee, nomination and remuneration committee, as well as its audit and risk teams.
Abdullah’s predecessor was former president and bank co-founder Suleiman bin Abdul Aziz Al Rajhi, according to data available on Argaam.
