Saudi Fransi appointed as the lead manager of AXA Insurance’s rights issue

AXA Cooperative insurance Company appointed Saudi Fransi Capital as the financial advisor and lead manager of its SAR 250m rights issue.

According to data compiled by Argaam; AXA insurance announced in April receiving the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency’s (SAMA) preliminary approval for a capital raise of SAR 250m through a rights issue.
