Mohammad Al-Mojil Group Company said today in a filing to Tadawul that Saudi ARAMCO Co. approved the delegation of Al-Mojil’s marine services contract to Jana Marine Services Company.
According to Argaam; Al-Mojil Group has recently sold its marine services division to Jana Marine Co. for SAR 200m. The deal was conditional upon ARAMCO’s approval to delegate its marine services contact with Al-Mojil Group to the new buyer.
