Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces receipt of award letter from the Ministry of Health on 10/06/2013 for construction of 300 Bed Maternity Hospital (Number 330011040048) in Qatif for a period of 48 months from the date of site handing over. The two phases project is valued at SAR 406,930,617 (Four Hundred Six Million Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen Riyals). The first phase is valued at SAR 245,403,533 (Two Hundred Forty Five Million Four Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Three Riyals) and the second is valued at SAR 161,527,084 (One Hundred Sixty One Million Five Hundred twenty Seven Thousand Eighty Four Riyals).
A further announcement will be made upon contract signing including the expected start of the financial impact.
