The general assembly of Jabal Omar Development Company approved on March 20, 2014 the recommendation of the board of directors to sell villas, studios and residential units by public auction.
The general assembly meeting approved a number of articles including the discharge of board members for financial year 29/12/1434 Hijri.
It also approved the transactions and contracts signed with related parties during 1434 -1435 Hijri.
