The Saudi Real Estate Company (SRECO) announced today on tadawul its board of directors’ approval to participate in the IPO of Umm AL Qura Development Company by investing SAR 100m at SAR 10 per share.
The amount represents 0.93% of Umm AL Qura’s capital amounted to SAR 10.71 bn.
