Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) said its board approved the resignation of chief executive officer Fahad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saeed, effective August 4.
The board appointed Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Mughaisib as Acting CEO as of the same date above, a filing on Tadawul said.
