Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance resubmitted a capital raise request through a rights issue of SAR 200m to the CMA on Thursday September 11, 2014 after completing necessary procedures.
The Company also obtained the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA)’s final approval for this capital raise; data compiled by “Argaam” showed.
