"The Saudi electricity company starts the issuance of SAR 1m par value islamic sukuk as approved by the CMA " said a stetement on tadawul today.
The company will use the proceeds of this unsecured issuance in capital expenditures.
The issuance will be through SABB and BSF starting from 9/1/2014 untill 27/2/2014.
