A 25% Capital raise of Altayyar Travel Group Holding Company (from SR1.200mn and SR1.500mn ) was approved in BOD meeting that was held on 2/02/2014.The proposed capital raise will be used to support company expansions.
The Capital raise is to take place by issuing 1 bonus share to each 4 shares owned by registered shareholders, as SAR300 mn of retained earnings will be capitalized.
By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 120 mn shares to 150 mn shares.
