Dallah Healthcare Holding Company announced on Tadawul that it has submitted an application to the Competition Council to obtain its approval on the acquisition of Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital Co. LLC.
The Competition Council invited all interested parties to give their opinion on the proposed transaction through an announcement published today in two local newspapers.
According to Argaam; Dallah signed an agreement in October with Bagedo Trading Holding Co. LLC, and Mohamed Ahmed Erfan & Sons Holding Co. LLC, for the acquisition of their shares in Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital Co. LLC.
