Saudi Arabia-based Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company said that it signed on Tuesday a 3-year renewable contract worth SAR 12 million with its affiliate Al Hokair Company for Manufacturing Entertainment Supplies.
Al Hokair’s affiliate— which manufactures carousels, games,play structures, and mechanical rides for recreation centers— will provide the group with entertainment supplies for the next three years.
The contract is valued at SAR 4 million annually, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
Financial impact of the deal will be reflected during the first quarter of 2015, it added.
