The governor of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), Dr. Fahd Al-Mubarak said that the agency received 28 requests for real estate financing practicing license.
SAMA issued 14 final licensing approvals and 5 preliminary approvals until completing the requirements of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry; according to Okaz newspaper.
