Saudi Arabia’s Council of Competition Protection approved on Tuesday Dallah Healthcare’s acquisition of Bagedo Dr. Erfan General Hospital, according to the company’s filing on Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse.
Last October, Dallah Health signed a buyout agreement with Bagedo Trading Holding Co. and Mohamed Ahmed Erfan & Sons Holding to fully acquire the hospital.
