Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development opened on Tuesday Radisson Blu Jizan hotel & resort.
The financial impact of the hotel— which will be run by the Rezidor Hotel Group— will be recorded in first quarter of 2015.
It will also be reflected in the financial results of fiscal year 2015, according to the company’s statement.
The hotel is a part of the partnership agreement signed between the Saudi Arabia-based hospitality group and Rezidor, owner of Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotel brands.
Park Inn by Radisson Dammam will open soon, while Radisson Blu Plaza Residence is expected to launch in Jeddah during second quarter of 2015.
The deal allows Rezidor to develop new Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotels in cities such as Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Makkah, and Medina.
