Jabal Omar Development Co. is planning to sell a number of residential units at its Makkah S1 realestate project in a public auction, as approved by its shareholders.
Interested bidders can buy proposal requests starting Sunday for SAR 5,000 per request, the Saudi Arabia-based developer said in a bourse statement.
The two-day public auction will take place at the property location on March 4.
Financial impact of the sale and the use of proceeds will be duly announced.
