Jazan Development Co. (Jazadco) appointed Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Manea as acting chief executive officer on Monday, replacing Ibrahim Mohammed Abu Sharha.
Al-Manea holds a master's degree in business law from Hull University in England.
Abu Sharha will continue as deputy chief executive officer, the Saudi Arabian developer said in a bourse statement.
