Saudi Arabia’s Knowledge Economic City (KEC) said on Thursday that it named Marwan Fahmy as its acting chief executive.
Fahmy’s appointment, effective immediately, comes after former CEO Ibrahim Al Balushi submitted his resignation on Thursday, the company said in a filing to Saudi’s bourse.
Fahmy holds a Ph.D in civil engineering in construction management from the University of Florida, the statement said.
