Saudi Arabia’s Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has approved Bishah Agriculture’s request to trade its shares over-the-counter (OTC) starting March 22.
Investing in previously halted shares may involve high risk, the Saudi bourse warned. It also recommended consulting with an authorized financial advisor prior to taking an investment decision.
Bishah’s shares have been halted since 2007.
Saudi’s market regulator permitted last September OTC trading of halted and delisted stocks, according to data available on Argaam.
