Saudi Hollandi Bank said on Tuesday it approved a 20 percent capital raise from SAR 4,762.8 million to SAR 5,715.36 million through the issuance of a bonus share for every five shares.
The bank also approved a 10 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 1.0 per share for 2014.
