Samba Financial Group (SAMBA) said it approved on Wednesday a 66.66 percent capital raise from SAR 12 billion to SAR 20 billion through the issuance of two bonus shares for every three shares.
The Saudi-listed group also gave the go-ahead to issue a seven percent cash dividend at SAR 0.70 per share for the second half of 2014.
