Jabal Omar Development Co. said in a bourse statement today it sold the remaining unit in its Makkah project – S1 zone for SAR 70.1 million.
Earlier this month, the company auctioned off 22 of the project’s residential units for SAR 280.4 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
Accordingly, the total number of sold units reached 23 units, sold for a total of SAR 350.5 million.
Sale proceeds will go towards completing Phase I of its project. Meanwhile, financial impact will be recorded in this fiscal year’s results
