Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. has sold a total of 11.23 million shares worth SAR 112.32 following its two phase rights issue, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
These figures account for 93.6 percent of all new shares.
The first subscription period, which took place between April 7 and April 16 saw 7.15 million shares valued at SAR 71.64 million, and accounted for 59.6 percent of total new shares.
This was followed by the 4.08 million shares sold during the second phase held from April 19 to April 21, which were valued at SAR 40.78 million, and accounted for 33.9 percent of new shares.
