Astra Industrial’s board gave the green light on Wednesday to raise the company’s capital from SAR 741 million to SAR 800 million through the issuance of five bonus shares for every 63 shares.
The company also approved a 7.5 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 7.5 per share for 2014.
