Najm’s general assembly approved on Wednesday a cash dividend at SAR 1.76 per share for fiscal year 2014, the insurer said in a filing to Tadawul.
This return on investments should have a positive impact on second quarter results, the company added.
Sanad’s accumulated losses dropped to 81.8 percent of its capital after it reported a net profit of SAR 2.5 million in March, according to data compiled by Argaam.
