Taiba Holding Co. has fulfilled regulatory requirements related to its purchase of a minority stake in Al-Theraa Al-Makin Industrial Co., the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
Taiba also obtained the approval of the ministry of commerce and industry (MOCI) to convert Al-Theraa Al-Makin into an affiliate.
Argaam reported last June on a decision made by Taiba’s board of directors to buy the minority stake at book value.
