Mohammad Al Mojil Group said on Thursday that its accumulated losses increased to SAR 3,403.1 million, or 272.2 percent of its capital, after it reported a net loss of SAR 17.2 million for May.
At the end of April, the company said it had accumulated SAR 3,385.9 million in losses, representing 270.9 percent of its capital.
The Saudi market regulator’s new policy requires listed companies that have accumulated losses equal to 50 percent or more of their capital to publish monthly, unaudited financial updates.
