Dur Hospitality signed a deal last week with Saudi Heritage Hospitality Company to provide technical support services for the design and construction of hotels, including Samhan Heritage Hotel in Al- Dir'iyya.
Dur said it will receive service fees for the duration of the project, which is three years. Financial impact of the deal will begin from the date of the contract, June 16.
The company, which develops, owns, and manages touristic hotels, as well as residential complexes in Saudi Arabia, controls 25 percent of Saudi Heritage, equal to SAR 62.5 million (or 6.25 million shares).
