Dallah Healthcare Holding Company on Sunday awarded a SAR 137.7 million contract to Hashem Contracting and Trading Company to build the foundation of the proposed Dallah Hospital in Namar, southwest of Riyadh,
The construction will be financed through Islamic instruments from a local bank and is expected to last 18 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The total cost of the hospital, which will have 400 beds and 200 clinics when complete, is SAR 920 million, Dallah said.
