Sanad, which was previously known as Sanad Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance, has officially amended its name to Sanad Cooperative Insurance, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
The company’s activities have been changed to focus on cooperative insurance. The decision was approved in a meeting by the firm’s extraordinary general assembly on July 9, 2015, it added.
