The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said on Sunday that it has deposited rights issue shares of Alinma Tokio Marine Insurance Co. into the portfolios of relevant investors.
Alinma Tokio Marine recently offered 25 million shares at about SAR 10 per share.
The rump offering was 841 percent oversubscribed after institutional investors bought 1.8 million remaining and fractional shares amounting to SAR 30.8 million at an average price of SAR 17.04 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
