Mohammad Al Mojil Group (MMG) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aydat Al Khaleej Co. on Monday to venture into a number construction projects, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The projects, some of which will be focused on the oil and gas sectors, aim to meet increasing demand for high-profile developments.
The agreement will be valid for five years after the signing date.
Aydat Al Khaleej Co. Ltd. is a limited liability company chaired by Prince Sultan Bin Saud Bin Mohammed Bin Saud Al Kabeer. It operates construction and trade businesses in the kingdom.
