The Jazan General Court has revoked a previous judgment issued against Jazan Development Co. (Jazadco) in Sept. 2013, the company said Tuesday in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
The company was earlier ordered to bulldoze all constructions made on its land.
Jazadco said in the statement that it would disclose further details later on.
The company had last year appealed against the judgment that required it to demolish the construction.
Jazadco had then said that the dispute was about a plot of land which was claimed by another party without presenting any proof of ownership.
