Anaam International Holding Group Co.’s board of directors has re-elected Mishall bin Abdullah bin Turki Al Saud as a board chairman for a three-year term which started on November 28, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
During a meeting on Saturday, the board also named new members of its audit, nomination, remuneration and executive committees.
Anaam's board also appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Arabia's market regulator.
