The board of Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) has accepted the resignation of the company’s chairman Suleiman Al Hudaithi, effective Dec. 12, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul, on Sunday.
Al Hudaithi, who said he resigned for personal reasons, was appointed chairman of SPPC on April 22, 2015, according to data compiled by Argaam.
