Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Tuesday Bassem Ouda as new chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2016, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse.
Ouda, who is currently the general manager of the company, will replace John Clifford Davis who submitted his resignation earlier today.
