Saudi Printing & Packaging Co.’s (SPPC) board has agreed to appoint Adel bin Marzouq Al-Nasser, an independent board member, as the new chairman of the board, effective Sunday through May 6, 2018 when the current board term expires.
Al-Nasser is a board member in several local banks and companies, including Saudi Research and Marketing Co. (SRMG), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
On December 13, SPPC announced the resignation of the former board chairman, Ibrahim Al Hudaithi, according to Argaam.
