Anaam International Holding Group Co. has completed the due diligence and paperwork required for raising its capital through a rights issue, the company said in a statement Thursday.
Anaam added that it expects to submit the capital hike request following the announcement of its audited full-year figures.
Al-Dukheil Financial Group will as financial advisor for the capital raise.
