Cement sale prices in Saudi Arabia are expected to remain unchanged following the kingdom's decision to cut energy subsidies, Safar Mohammed Bin Dhufayer, chief executive officer of Southern Province Cement Co. (SPCC) told Al-Arabiya TV on Wednesday.
Cement producers are fully committed to the agreement signed with the ministry of commerce and industry on sale prices.
On Tuesday, SPPC said it expected production costs to rise of nearly SAR 50 million in 2016 due to higher energy tariffs approved in the Saudi budget last month.
