Shams sees 5% rise in expenses from higher energy prices

Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) expects to see a five percent rise in its expenses during the 2016 fiscal year as a result of revised energy and electricity prices within Saudi Arabia.

Last week, the Saudi cabinet decided to proceed with subsidy cuts in an effort to shrink the budget deficit, increasing water, electricity and fuel prices.
