Qatar’s SST Holdings, a luxury developer founded by Sheikh Sultan bin Sheim Al Thani, plans to build a SAR 33 billion commercial development in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
The development, which will be built on 1.4 million square meters, will have three international hotels with 1,000 rooms and a capacity for 700 hotel apartments.
It will also include a 25,000 square meters mosque, exhibition halls, artificial lakes, and a 600,000-square meter shopping mall, Sheikh Sultan said during a meeting with Riyadh’s Governor.
