Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Co. has inked a contract with Waad Insurance Agency Co., the Saudi insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
Under the contract, Waad will promote and sell the Saudi insurer’s corporate and retail products in the kingdom, as per the guidelines set by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), the kingdom’s central bank, in this regard.
Any financial impact will be booked in the first quarter, the insurer said.
The one-year contract will be renewable and is effective from Feb. 15.
